Living without a Father's present

A child crying for a parent not there is a story told by many. But then there are the indiviual story of how and why the parent isn't there. There is hope for those whose parent has chosen to not be a part of a child's life, but for the child whose parent has passed...this child is left with question even an adult ask. Why did they have to die. There are many children living without there parent for one reason or another. But I chose to focus on the children that has lost their parent to street crime. They are the ones with the energy that needs to be directed toward positive thinking. We need to help them to live out their childhood with fun and enjoyment. We must help them to be a kid. And help them to understand they don't have to grow up fast because dad or mom isn't there. Peace Rumble Children Fund is raising money to help pay for the fees of inter-city children so they can enjoy the summer of 2009. A child shouldn't have to sit out the summer because they don't have the fees for summer events they really need in their lives.
